I just want to remind many of you that today's Megamillions drawing is for $290 Million. Get yourself some numbers. Now some of you may be scoffing at this, but think about the amount of money you waste buying drinks, candy, chips etc. For $1 you have the chance to win millions. I have bought 3 tickets!

What would you do if you won the lottery?
i went out and bought 5 last night after you told me about it. besides doing all the important grown up parental stuff with it, i would build a new house (i have a whole board on pinterest dedicated to this if anyone would like to check it out), i would buy that old movie theater downtown and restore it, i would start a secular private school for my kids, own a coffee shop/bakery. i would like to restore/beautify my side of town too haha. also i would have a hobby farm of miniature animals ;)
ReplyDeleteFirst, I would take care of my family and friends. Then, you probably wouldn't see me for a while as I would probably traveling the world.
ReplyDeleteFirst and foremost, I wouldn't tell anyone that I won the lottery. I would remain completely anonymous. I'd still go to work everyday and live in the same house for awhile. Then I would slowly make changes. Of course anyone that I gifted or helped, I would slap a gag order on. You hear about these people who win the lottery and a lot of bad things happen to them.
ReplyDeleteWe would pay off our debts, help the family out, then probably live overseas for at least a year, just traveling. I'd like to own some businesses too. Probably spend the rest of my time getting degrees, traveling, getting hobbies.

ReplyDeletePay off everyone's houses and then build myself a nice house on a ranch, maybe raise horses. Start my own business. Travel to Ireland. Probably follow Casey's lead and go back to school for a good while and just live off the money. Invest.
